Some church affiliated directors asked me to put together a binder a few years ago, so they could have on their shelf, ready to go, 8 hours of training that their new hires could take. That way, they would know that their new hires had the required training and also knew what that center needed them to know.

Back in those days, it was CDs and paper and pencil tests. I still have a couple of those special pink binders.

In the mean time, I do have some hours of training available online. I have a few basic for staff and a few for directors.
