Starting on the right … foot…. or side of the mouth.

For many preschools that follow the public school calendar, this was the first week of school. We often talkd about starting out on the right foot. I guess that comes from dancing. We also want to start with the right words. Children’s impressions, and adults too, are formed on the first sign of whether the teacher cares about them. I know you know to greet your children and their families. I would suggest also saying to yourself, over yourself, and over your class how happy your are to be their teacher, how great people they will grow to be, how much fun you will have together, and how blessed you all are. Speak blessings over your class.
And I bless you. Have a great year.
