How to Stop Bristling at Feedback

I like Dan Rockwell’s info. Here is his latest.

Source: How to Stop Bristling at Feedback

Feedback is information. It might be helpful. It at least tells you what the other person thinks. The Bible says that a correction from a friend is a gift. Trouble is, that many are not your friend. Someone may be angry with you because you are not running with them to do evil. Others advise you because your diligence shocks them; they tell you how to be lazy like them. So you can not take all feedback equally. Consider the source. But your customer is worth listening to– not always “correct” but always your customer.
